Local Delivery

Items typically ship within 1-5 business days of purchase.

All local orders will be shipped using J&T Express or Poslaju or DHL.

For West Malaysia shipping addresses, the postage fee imposed would be depending the product weight as below

- Paper Only RM9.00

- Paper with Frame RM13.00

- Canvas RM20.00

- Others acording to product weight

whereas for East Malaysia addresses, the postage fee would be 15 MYR.

- Paper Only RM18.00

- Paper with Frame RM26.00

- Canvas RM35.00

- Others acording to product weight

Customers who purchased above RM200/ RM300/ RM400 in a single order will be entitled to free postage.

International Delivery

All other international addresses: please contact me prior to purchase for shipping quotes.

Customs, import and VAT fees, as charged by the receiving country, are the responsibility of the buyer. The full purchase value of each item purchase will be declared on customs forms.

International Delivery is available via Pos Malaysia / DHL Express (10-14 working days)

Delivery fee will be acording to product purchase and will be calculated during checkout session. Tracking number will be provided for all orders.

ITEMS DAMAGED OR DELAYED/LOST

If you feel a package has been delayed, lost, or damaged in shipment, please contact me directly.

Pick-Up & Delivery

Pick-up and delivery are available in/near Petaling Jaya, Subang & Shah Alam. Select the Pick Up option at checkout and I'll contact you after purchase.

Studio pick up location at Shah Alam, Seksyen 13.

The artist reserves the right to use and sell reproductions of sold work to promote her work. All copyrights and reproduction rights are retained by the artist.

Purchased artworks may not be reproduced by any process without written permission of the artist.

Comissions Inquiries

I welcome all commissions for individual collectors, designers and commercial installations.

Here's how the process works:

• Email me the dimensions of the piece that you are interested in. If you would like assistance with sizing, you can email me the dimensions of your space or a snapshot, and we can discuss options.

• In your email, let me know the look and feel of other pieces from my website that you like. Give me details like, "I like the clean lines, abstract strokes and feels ,the colors of which series and a bit of freedom that I see in which collections."
• Please list 2- 4 colors that you would definitely like to see in your painting and 2-4 colors that you would like to omit. List any details like mood (light, energetic or earthy) or any graphic elements (bold marks, scribbles, or specific shapes) that you might be interested in.

• I will get back to you with pricing and a timeline. My timeline varies, but most commissions are completed within 4-6 weeks.

• When we agree upon the project, I will send a commission invoice for 50% deposit. If you have questions about this, please email me, I am happy to work with you. I will also ask for your address to calculate shipping & give you an estimated price.

• Before beginning, I will confirm the dimensions, concept and agreed upon colors. During the painting process, I will share a few images along the way. I welcome your feedback at these points and will do up to two minor adjustments. Upon completion I will send photos of your beautiful new painting.

Terms

Product/ Canvas measurements might differ up to 2" from what is provided on the website and it should not be considered as a defect.
Handcrafted artworks/products are originally handcrafted and would look different in each copies and collection. All handcraft artworks will be signed and dated.
Product colour might differ slightly due to the lightings set in the studio and should not be considered as a manufacturing defect.
For printed designs, placement of prints may differ from individual pieces.
Strictly non-refundable for all items without solid reasons.
